How to prevent yourself a BIG HEADACHE from Black Mold.

Hi,  if you have made it here it is likely that you have already had a black toxic mold problem, but here is my proposal.

1. Have any home you purchase or lease inspected by a certified mold inspector.  I know it is expensive but this will save you so much in the long run.

2. Write to your legislator and insist that there is a law on the books that requires landlords to have every rental inspected by a certified mold inspector for black toxic mold before leasing it to any tenant; and is subsequently tested every four years.  That every home purchased is tested prior to the final sale, and that buildings are tested every four years.

I know there will be a lot of landlords up in arms, but the fix and flippers who buy cheap home and paint over the black toxic mold and sell them as new need to be stopped.  But it goes much further than that, there is so much more to be done and a law that requires responsibility needs to be passed.
